- Increased Hardness: Optimizing CVD deposition parameters resulted in a denser diamond grain structure, increasing hardness by approximately 15%.
- Thermal conductivity optimization: Utilizing advanced growth technology, thermal conductivity has increased from 1500 W/(m·K) to 1800 W/(m·K).
- Surface Quality Improvement: Improved polishing process; surface roughness reduced to below Ra 0.01 μm.
