CVD Diamond (Chemical Vapor Deposition Diamond) is a high-purity polycrystalline diamond material grown via low-pressure deposition using direct-current arc plasma CVD technology. Free of metal binders, with high purity, dense structure, and stable performance, it is the next-generation superhard industrial material designed to replace natural diamond and PCD (polycrystalline diamond compact). Unlike traditional diamond materials, CVD diamond contains no cobalt, impurities, or pores, effectively solving industry pain points such as high-temperature softening, wear, and ablation associated with PCD.
